At Mustard Made, we want you to love your lockers as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unassembled packaging. Please note that once a locker has been built, it is officially yours and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original flat-pack packaging, unassembled, and within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.

  Contact Our Team

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique return authorization and shipping instructions.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully repack your locker in its original box, ensuring all components are secure to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back to us using a tracked service; once our team inspects the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus any shipping fees.
